Publish product content that answers a real question
Use a clear topic, a stable page and a published language version to help people understand your product.

Give each page one useful job
A feature page answers what the product can do. A use-case page explains how that capability fits a task. A guide answers a concrete question, such as how to find an invoice or why an invitation is still pending. Avoid repeating the homepage under a different title: a visitor who arrives from search should find the answer promised by the heading.
Start with the actual workflow. Describe what the user does, what happens next and which conditions apply. If a service needs configuration, say so. Separate an integration from a complete product: a model adapter does not supply a chat application, and a ledger does not supply a report generator.
Publish from the content library
Use admin to enter the title, summary and Markdown body. Review the English and Chinese versions independently. Saving a draft keeps the current page live; publishing promotes the selected language. Optional search fields can clarify the topic without changing the visible heading.
The server includes the published content in the initial page HTML. A canonical URL identifies the page, and language links list published translations. These make the page easier to understand and discover; they are not a promise of rankings. Read the publishing workflow.
Link where a reader needs the next step
Link a claim to the feature that explains it, then link the feature to an operational guide or pricing when relevant. The homepage, section directories and related content give readers routes beyond the footer. Use descriptive link text, and keep the hierarchy consistent with the topic rather than the last button clicked.
Keep it accurate after launch
Review content when behavior changes. Remove unfinished promises, explain changed conditions and test the destination links. A short page that solves a real question is more useful than a long article assembled only to fill a keyword list. For questions specific to this deployment, use help and support.
